How we work
At Forge & Finesse, we take pride in our meticulous approach to creating custom men’s jewelry in our factory. Here’s a detailed look at our process:
1. Concept Development and Design
Our process begins with a personalized consultation to deeply understand your vision, preferences, and specific requirements. Whether you have a concrete design idea or just a concept, our team of designers will work closely with you to develop a unique design that matches your taste. Each product is unique to us, and we have a responsibility to keep each design confidential for our clients. Our designers will create detailed sketches and CAD drawings to help you visualize your custom jewelry. We will work with you to confirm every detail and make adjustments based on your feedback until everything meets your expectations. Depending on the complexity and requirements of the design, we will charge a corresponding design fee.
2. Prototyping/Sampling
Once the design is finalized, our team will create a prototype based on the design for you to inspect and approve. This collaborative process ensures that every detail is perfect before we move into production. Of course, a sample fee will be required.
3. Sample Approval and Ordering
Before mass production, we will produce a sample for your approval. You will have the opportunity to review the sample to ensure all details meet your expectations. We will also confirm the material choices with you. If you are satisfied with the sample and ready to place an order, please send us a purchase order (PO) including our product number, plating color, and the required quantity.
4. Invoice Confirmation
Upon receiving your purchase order, we will provide you with a pro forma invoice (PI) and an estimated delivery date for your confirmation. Our standard lead time is 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the design and order size.
5. Deposit Payment
After confirming all the details on the PI, please arrange for a 50% deposit payment and send us the bank transfer receipt or PayPal payment confirmation. Once we receive the payment proof, we will begin production
6. Quality Assurance
Before delivery, each piece undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our high standards. This includes checking for defects, verifying material quality, and confirming the final product matches the approved design.
7. Final Payment and Shipping
When your order is ready for shipment, we will notify you and provide an invoice for the remaining balance. Once we receive your bank transfer receipt, we will release the shipment and provide tracking numbers. Under normal circumstances, you can expect to receive the goods within 3 business days.
